Meet The Founder..

Greetings from the Founder of D.R.E.A.M Team Mentoring Program. I am so blessed and honored to be placed in a position to impact the lives of our youth. It has been my passion to be a part of a change since I was a very young child. I was raised to value Faith, Integrity, Compassion, Empathy and Resilience. One of my greatest accomplishments is learning to love myself. Though it might sound easy, many of our youth struggle with understanding and applying self-love. Because every individual is unique, we often identify differences and label them negatively. My goal is to teach all of our youth to embrace those differences by identifying them as strengths. D.R.E.A.M Team Mentoring Program fosters individuality by teaching our youth to embrace their differences as well as others. We understand that all individuals have strengths that can be used to advance society. Our program helps to identify those strengths.  This is a lifelong commitment and journey that I plan to continuously expand. I am hopeful that you understand my vision and feel compelled to become a part of the team.
